My ancestor Julia Thurston is here pictured with her sisters. My guess is that the photograph was taken sometime during the 1880's, probably near their father's death in 1887. Left to right: Nettie (Thurston) Edgerley, Julia (Thurston) Bixby, Anabel (Thurston) Spicer, Minnie Thurston.
Photograph of some Thurston family members. The only members that have been positively identified are Julia Bixby Thurston's sister, Anabel Thurston Spicer, who is seated on the far right, next to her husband, Henry Spicer. It is believed that Julia is shown fourth from the right, in the back and that Henry Bixby is shown two spaces to the right of her. This was taken in Minneopa, Minnesota, in about 1904.

A view of the Hoffman family of Minnesota, taken when Patricia Bixby (now Plymale) was visiting her family from Oregon, sometime about 1940. Identities are as of yet unknown. Patricia is pictures on the bottom left and Christina Kling Hoffman is second from the left on the top. The girl next to Patricia is probably her cousin Lois Hubmer, and the man in the top right is probably her cousin Pershing Hubmer. Other people in the photo are probably Hoffman cousins such as June Hoffman and Betty Hoffman, her uncles' daughters.
