The only identification of this house is the caption on the matting: that it was taken in Sanbornton, New Hampshire in 1903. The name "Will" on the right and the date "June 2, 1858" is believed to refer to the fact that Will Tilton was the photographer, and he was born on June 2, 1858. It is an educated guess that this was the house that Rev. Jeremiah Tilton and his family moved to in 1854 and stayed until 1866 (and where Will was born in 1868).
